How does the exchange offer work?

IQOS ILUMAᵀᴹ is designed to be used only with TEREAᵀᴹ sticks. 


The kit includes: 1 IQOS ILUMA Pocket Charger, 1 IQOS ILUMA Holder, 1 Type-C cable.


The old device exchange program has the following limitations:
1. The returning device should be registered in our system at least 6 months.
2. It is possible to make 1 old device exchange during the last 12 months.

Cigarettes produce tar  -  IQOS ILUMA doesn’t. Tar is the residue from smoke after a cigarette is burned.  

IQOS ILUMA does not produce tar because it heats tobacco instead of burning it. It generates an aerosol residue that is fundamentally different from tar and consists of significantly lower levels of harmful substances, making IQOS ILUMA a better alternative compared to smoking.**

Important information: The absence of tar does not mean that IQOS ILUMA is risk free. IQOS ILUMA provides nicotine, which is addictive.

We offer a 12-month warranty for every component of your device, valid from the date of purchase.
The device is also available on credit sales with 0% interest rate. When registering an order, it is necessary to select it at the stage of payment, confirm the order and our employee will contact you to fulfill the request.
