Then they will check the amount of aerosol when the stick is heated using a special machine. If the aerosol is not enough, they will figure out how to solve the problem. Finally, the experts will clean and grind the heating blade with a cleaning tool to clean out any tobacco residue that may have got into the base of the heating element.

- Exchange of the device with a surcharge. How does an exchange offer work? If you have an old IQOS 2.4 Plus, IQOS 3, IQOS 3 Multi or lil SOLID 2.0 device, bring it to Qstore. Our specialist will inspect the old device, you make an additional payment in the amount and get a new device.
