* If your device is purchased in IQOS store or on iqos.com, it is automatically registered.

What should I do if IQOS warranty has expired?

If warranty period has expired and something happened to the device, contact the support service by calling 044 00 47 67 or visit the nearest IQOS store.

What documents do I need to have in order to replace my IQOS?

You will not need to provide documents confirming the purchase or the warranty validity. You just need to have your IQOS device with you.

Terms and Conditions

Services, availability of IQOS equipment and components, response and delivery times may vary from country to country. This service will not affect your legal rights or the warranty of your IQOS in the country where you bought in. If a part of your device is exchanged, any new part becomes your property and the replaced part becomes the property of the entity making the exchange. Problems with IQOS devices are defined in terms of material or workmanship, when used as set out in the IQOS user guide.

How to use device warranty replacement?

If problems with IQOS can be attributed to warranty cases, then we will replace the defective element (holder or charger) with a new one.

The warranty for this item will be renewed for 12 months from the date of replacement. Yes, the IQOS holder and charger have two separate warranties.

The quantity of warranty replacements is unlimited during the warranty period (12 months).

Suddenly there is no element of the appropriate color, we will offer you to choose any color from those that are available.

What is covered with accidental damage coverage?

Even if the heating blade is broken or your IQOS is malfunctioning due to a physical damage, we will replace it with a new one. The service covers any accidental* damage, once for the holder and once for the charger.
