Our warranty has got you covered.

We design and build IQOS with care.
What's covered:
Device malfunction: We'll fix factory faults occurring during the warranty period.
Faulty device: We'll replace defective components.
Your remaining warranty will be transferred if you gift your IQOS to another adult user.
What's not covered:
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents, etc.
Damage caused by abuse or misuse.
Theft or loss of your IQOS device.
Malfunction due to use with non-compatible product.

Register for extra warranty

For +1 year extra warranty coverage at no extra charge, simply register your IQOS device within 30 days after purchase.

Register your device to get:

  • 1 year extra warranty coverage*
  • Accidental Damage Coverage – reserved for IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices (1-time replacement per kit within the warranty period)
  • International assistance when you travel in more than 95 countries where IQOS operates
