About Trial program
The Lending program is an IQOS/lil/VEEV ONE temporary rental program (7 days for IQOS and lil devices, 21 days for VEEV ONE devices). The Lending program helps the adult smoker to make the transition to a better alternative to smoking, find the flavor that best suits their preferences.
What is Trial program?
The trial program is a 14-day rental of IQOS ILUMA or lil devices, a 21-day rental of VEEV ONE devices, which helps an adult smoker switch to a better alternative than continuing to smoke, finding the taste that suits them better in their primaries.

What should I do for device lending?
In order to get a trial device, you must have a passport or identity card (the electronic version cannot be used): To apply, you need to place an order by filling out the Name and Phone Number fields. After your request, our call center employee will contact you.
Device Lending fee is 500 AMD.
How much does it cost to lend the device?
Device trial fee is 500 AMD.
About the Trial process
For the IQOS or Lil device lending the initial period is between 7 to 14 calendar days, with the possibility to extend it only once for an additional period, upon request. For Veev One device initial period is between 21-31 calendar days, with the possibility to extend it only once for an additional period, upon reuqest. However, the total lending period for the consumer must ​not exceed one month (30 calendar days).​

For IQOS or Lil device, the trial period is 14 calendar days
For VEEV ONE device, the trial period is 21 calendar days
You can return device to all IQOS branded touchpoints or request a delivery.
