About Trial program
The Lending program is an IQOS/lil/VEEV ONE temporary rental program (7 days for IQOS and lil devices, 21 days for VEEV ONE devices). The Lending program helps the adult smoker to make the transition to a better alternative to smoking, find the flavor that best suits their preferences.

What should I do for device lending?
In order to lend a device, you need to order it by filling name, phone number. After your request, our call center agents will contact you and will arrange the lending process. ​

All you need is a personal presence, a passport or ID card (the electronic version cannot be used).​
Device Lending fee is 500 AMD.
How much does it cost to lend the device?
Device trial fee is 500 AMD.
About the Trial process
For the IQOS or Lil device lending the initial period is between 7 to 14 calendar days, with the possibility to extend it only once for an additional period, upon request. For Veev One device initial period is between 21-31 calendar days, with the possibility to extend it only once for an additional period, upon reuqest. However, the total lending period for the consumer must ​not exceed one month (30 calendar days).​
