2022 ALSO FLIED! WHAT’S CHANGED THIS YEAR

It has been a quite challenging and at the same time fruitful year.

- DEVICE PRICES

At the begining of the year, we made the most awaited price changes for the devices, making them more affordable.

- CHANGES IN TRADE-IN PROGRAM

Reducing device prices impacted Trade-in program conditions. So if you owned an old IQOS 2.4+, Multi, 3.0 or lil SOLID 2.0, you could exchange it with a new IQOS Originals DUO with surcharge.

- NEW STORES IN REGIONS AND YEREVAN

This year we managed to open 13 new touchpoints, 12 of which are in regions and 1 in Yerevan. A complete list of all addresses can be found here.

- NEW TASTES

Based on numerous surveys, it became clear that our consumers were waiting for new tastes. And this summer, our team presented three new limited flavors to our current portfolio: Summer Breeze HEETS, Viola and Tropic Fiit. These three flavors added a touch of summer and made addition to the existing catalogue of HEETS and Fiits lines.

- NEW IQOS ORIGINALS DUO DEVICE

This fall we had good news, as we presented the new IQOS Originals DUO device in Armenia. It replaced IQOS 3 DUO model and was well accepted by many users due to vivid colorful solutions.

- PRICES OF IQOS ACCESSORIES

Each season brings unique mood. Accessories can be great addition to that mood. This year we also decreased the prices of all accessories. So personalization and new colors will make your character even more interesting.

- NEW lil SOLID ACCESSORIES

We also had good news for lil users. We launched a new line of lil accessories for a wide variety of combinations.

All this would not have been possible if you hadn’t shared your feedback and suggestions either through surveys, call center or by talking to our specialists in the stores.
