How to access international assistance

Don't worry! Just follow the steps below:

  1. Call the toll-free international number +80025592559. Contact the service center of the country where you purchased the device from, by selecting the appropriate code, and tell the operator that your IQOS is not operating.
  2. If your operator has set restrictions on international numbers, then try this number: +41215478888 (here payment will be made at the rates of your operator).
  3. If your device is in warranty, our agent will direct you to the nearest IQOS store to receive a device under warranty service.
