The flavor discovery bundles can be purchased by visiting our official IQOS stores, by contacting the call center and ordering delivery, as well as by ordering online through our official website www.iqos.com by logging into your personal account.

An experience with IQOS ILUMA™ lasts up to 6 mins or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. It is it the same duration as HEETS™ with earlier IQOS generations.

With IQOS ILUMA™ you can enjoy two consecutive uses on a single Holder charge.

"Circular" recycling program

As part of our “Circular” recycling program, instead of throwing away, you can return your used heated tobacco sticks, VEEV ONE pods and VEEV NOW disposable vapes, as well as IQOS, lil and VEEV ONE devices to us to be recycled or used to generate energy.

To become a part of the recycling program, you need to follow these steps:

1. When making a purchase, pick up the special package intended for the program from our stores,
2. Collect your used vapes and sticks in the package and return it to our POSs where the “Circular” program is active,
3. Leave the package in the recycling box or hand it over to our specialist.

After returning the used products, we will collect them from all our points and recycle each product in a specially designed mechanics.
