As a result, IQOS 3 DUO devices were refreshed by the following processes:

✅ Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized 
✅ Passed a technical and cosmetic inspection
✅ Firmware update 
✅ Battery check and replacement if needed

It's important to know that refreshed devices come with our same warranty terms, all services are available and they are sold in brand new packaging.
