Troubleshooting your lil SOLID Es

If you are experiencing an issue with your lil SOLID Es device, the first step is to check if it has been charged.

Connect the device to the supplied USB Cable and plug the AC Power Adaptor to the electrical outlet. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the Iil SOLID device. The charging is indicated by the blinking State LED. When the device is fully charged, the light turns off.

Iil SOLID Es device does not require a full charge to work, however we recommend to fully charge it before the first use.

To check the charge level of the lil SOLID Es device push the button or plug the device in a power outlet using the official USB Cable and AC Power Adaptor. The charging status of the device is displayed as follows:

• Blue - 100-75%, charged
• Ice blue - 75-35%
• Orange - 35-1%, should be charged
• Red - out of battery, needs to be charged.

Resetting your lil SOLID Es device

If your lil SOLID Es is charged, but still not working, the next step is to reset the lil SOLID Es device.

Press the button for 10 seconds until the LED lights blink twice. Did the lights blink, so the resetting was successfully done.

Does it feel difficult to draw on your heatsticks while using your lil SOLID Es? Not getting enough aerosol when using your lil SOLID Es? These issues can likely be resolved by using the cleaning tool and cleaning sticks.
