Why is device registration important?

The most important condition to have access to all services offered by us is device registration.
We suggest that you get to know in more detail all the features that you will get once you register your device.



1. Extended Warranty Service

Once registered, your IQOS ILUMA i device becomes eligible for up to 2 years of voluntary warranty, instead of the standard 12 months. This extended coverage is provided at no additional cost and gives you longer-term protection for your device.

2. Exclusive Access to Accidental Damage Replacement 

Registered IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices purchased after September 30, 2025 are eligible for 1 FREE replacement if unforeseen, non-intentional damage affects device functionality.

3. Faster & Easier Replacements

Registered users receive quicker diagnostics, faster replacements, and a more seamless experience at IQOS stores and service points.

4. Free delivery

Free delivery service is also available to our registered users for purchases of AMD 4500 or more.

5. No Receipt? Registration Has You Covered

If your purchase receipt is lost, your registered IQOS device can still be serviced using the information provided during registration.

6. International Support While Traveling

Even when you travel, we will be near you. Registered users can receive assistance when traveling in countries where IQOS is officially sold (excluding the U.S.). This service is available only if the device is registered in the user’s home country and includes a 24/7 international hotline, troubleshooting support, and, where eligible, device replacement abroad.

7. Device Verification

Registering your device confirms its authenticity and eligibility for official service and replacements. It ensures continued support even if your device is no longer available in the future. This is especially helpful if you purchased accessories or parts separately.

8.Personalized Assistance

After registration, we will always be here for you, through our support channels. You can choose whichever is suitable for you: 

  • IQOS Armenia Customer Support (10:00-21:00, daily)
  • Telegram bot
  • Priority support at IQOS stores and service points

9. Telegram Bot

Your new Telegram bot is now available with the same Viber bot features, in a more convenient format. It allows you to easily access the various services we offer, such as device diagnostics, the online store, and chat with an expert

Registration keeps you informed about our latest news and updates. We constantly inform you about our offers and news through Viber, SMS and e-mail messages.
