IQOS Iluma i PRIME

IQOS ILUMA i PRIME™ is the premium model of the next generation of bladeless IQOS ILUMA™ heating devices. It's designed with a new Touch Screen to quickly get information about your smoke-free experience. Stay informed at a glance with real-time updates on your preheating status, time left for your experience, and the number of available experiences.

With IQOS ILUMA i PRIME, you will also receive advanced features, such as: ability to pause your experience and resume it with Pause Mode, flexible experience that adapts to your usage patterns with FlexPuff feature, adaptable Holder battery with 2 FlexBattery modes.

To use IQOS ILUMA i PRIME™, turn on the charger by pressing and holding the Pocket Charger Button for 4 seconds, insert Holder into Pocket Charger, and close Wrap to charge. Insert a SMARTCORE STICK™ up to the line on the filter. Heating starts automatically or by swiping up on the Touch Screen. The screen displays the remaining time of your experience, and the Holder vibrates during the final moments. The Pause Mode feature is also available within the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs of use.

Before first use, fully charge your IQOS ILUMA i PRIME™ using a compatible Type-C cable and AC power adapter (5V, 2A). A full charge takes about 135 minutes. The device can be charged with or without the Holder.

When used for the first time or after a long period of inactivity, the Holder may take up to 10 minutes to fully charge. To charge the Holder, insert it into the Charger and close the cover. The Status Light indicates the battery level."

To check the Charger’s battery level, it is necessary to briefly press the Charger Button. The Status Lights will indicate the charge level: 4 lights – above 75%, 1 light – below 25%, and 1 orange light flashing 3 times indicates that the battery is depleted and needs to be charged. To check the Holder’s status, tilt it toward you or briefly tap the Touch Screen. The Status Lights will show the battery level, and if the battery is depleted, a zero will appear inside the light ring with no lights on the ring.

To reset your device, place the Holder into the Pocket Charger and press the Pocket Charger Button for 10 seconds. All Status Lights will turn off, blink twice, and then turn back on to confirm that the reset has been successfully completed.
