To use the device, press and hold the Charger Button for 4 seconds. Insert the Holder into the Pocket Charger and close the Door to charge it. Insert the SMARTCORE STICK™ up to the filter line until the Holder vibrates. Preheating starts automatically or by swiping up on the Touch Screen, after which the preheating status (about 20 seconds) will appear. After the second vibration, you can start using the device, and the screen will show the remaining time. When the Holder vibrates, remove the used stick and place the Holder back into the Charger to recharge. During use, the Pause mode is available by swiping down/up.

IQOS ILUMA i™ is our latest innovation in heating devices, offering a cleaner, more flexible, and personalized user experience. It features a Touch Screen that displays preheating status, remaining time for experience, and number of available experiences. The device offers advanced features such as up to three consecutive uses, Pause and FlexPuff functions, and adaptable Holder battery with 2 FlexBattery modes. It is designed exclusively for use with SMARTCORE STICK™ and is available in three colors: Breeze Blue, Digital Violet, and Midnight Black.

To check the Charger’s battery level, it is necessary to briefly press the Charger Button. The Status Lights will indicate the charge level: 4 lights – above 75%, 1 light – below 25%, and 1 orange light flashing 3 times indicates that the battery is depleted and needs to be charged. To check the Holder’s status, tilt it toward you or briefly tap the Touch Screen. The Status Lights will show the battery level, and if the battery is depleted, a zero will appear inside the light ring with no lights on the ring.

To reset your device, place the Holder into the Pocket Charger and press the Pocket Charger Button for 10 seconds. All Status Lights will turn off, blink twice, and then turn back on to confirm that the reset has been successfully completed.
