"FlexPuff™ is one of the advanced features of the IQOS ILUMA i™ device, allowing you to enjoy a more flexible and comfortable experience than ever before. It adapts to your usage pattern, providing up to 14 puffs (4 additional) within a 6-minute session. FlexPuff™ works automatically — the system analyzes your usage and, if the stick is not fully consumed, adds extra puffs that are displayed on the Touch Screen. The feature is available in Eco Mode, and if Pause Mode is activated, FlexPuff™ will be disabled for that session. Available for all IQOS ILUMA i™ devices."

FlexPuff is designed to work with tobacco sticks․ Activation and number of puffs depend on individual usage patterns and are managed automatically by the system. FlexPuff does not activate when Pause is used, and extra puffs might not apply to every experience.

We recommend not focusing on your puffs and letting the system function automatically.

Pause Mode is one of the advanced features available on IQOS ILUMA i PRIME™ and IQOS ILUMA i™ devices, allowing you to pause your experience for up to 8 minutes and then resume it. If you don’t resume within this time, the Holder will automatically switch off.

Pause Mode is available in Performance Mode — during the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs, and for one of two consecutive uses. To activate it, simply swipe down on the Touch Screen, and vibration will indicate the start of the pause. To resume, swipe up across the Touch Screen.

FlexBattery™ is an innovative feature of IQOS ILUMA i PRIME™ and IQOS ILUMA i™ devices, allowing you to choose between Performance Mode and Eco Mode for your Holder battery. In Performance Mode (default), you can enjoy up to 3 consecutive uses or 2 with Pause Mode activated. In Eco Mode, the Holder provides one use up to 6 minutes, while extending the battery life by up to one year. FlexBattery™ settings can be adjusted in Eco Mode at official IQOS stores.
