To replace the door cover on IQOS ILUMA and IQOS ILUMA i devices, detach the charging door by pulling it sideways. The cover is held by magnets, so it can be easily removed and replaced with a new one without using any tools. To change the ring, use the ring removal tool, which is sold separately. Place it on the ring and turn counterclockwise to remove the old one. Then, using the same tool, place the new ring onto the holder and turn clockwise to secure it.
To change the wrap on IQOS ILUMA PRIME and IQOS ILUMA i PRIME devices, fully open it and gently pull it upward to remove it from the pocket charger. Then, attach wrap by inserting the linear magnets on the wrap into the same shape recess on the Pocket Charger. To change the ring, you’ll need a ring removal tool, which is sold separately.
