The trial program is a 14-day rental of IQOS ILUMA or lil devices, which helps an adult smoker switch to a better alternative than continuing to smoke, finding the taste that suits them better in their primaries.
In order to get a trial device, you must have a passport or identity card (the electronic version cannot be used): To apply, you need to place an order by filling out the Name and Phone Number fields. After your request, our call center employee will contact you.
Device trial fee is 500 AMD.
For IQOS or lil device, the trial period is 14 calendar days
You can return device to all IQOS branded touchpoints or request a delivery

If the trial device is not returned within the mentioned period, the lendor is obliged to purchase a new device and transfer it to the lessor or pay the cost of the device in cash or by transfer to the bank account specified by the lessor as compensation for direct damage.
When the trial period is over, the device should be returned physically or via delivery (available only in Yerevan). The purchase of the device is not obligatory.
When the trial is over, the device should be returned and in case you want to make a purchase, a new device will be provided.
